スマートフォンアプリ「takaya（お客様用）」　最終更新日：2026年10月9日

高谷行政書士事務所（以下「当事務所」）は、当事務所のお客様向けのスマートフォンアプリ「takaya（お客様用）」（以下「本アプリ」）における、利用者の情報の取扱いについて、次のとおり定めます。

1. 本アプリが扱う情報

  1. 在留カード等の表面・裏面の写真（本アプリのカメラで撮影したもの）。
  2. 在留カード等のICチップに記録された情報（読み取りを選んだ場合のみ）：在留カード等の番号、氏名（画像）、顔写真、生年月日、性別、国籍・地域、在留資格、在留期間、許可の種類、許可年月日、就労制限の有無、資格外活動許可の内容、住居地（画像）、電子署名の検証結果など。
  3. パスポートの写真（送ることを選んだ場合のみ。本アプリのカメラで撮影したもの）。
  4. その他の書類の写真（送ることを選んだ場合のみ。本アプリのカメラで撮影したもの）。
  5. 端末の識別のための情報：本アプリが端末ごとに発行する識別子、端末の種類（iPhone／Android）、言語の設定、アプリのバージョン、プッシュ通知の宛先（トークン）。
  6. 専用ページでやりとりする情報：本アプリから開く、当事務所との専用ページで送受信する書類・メッセージ。

2. 利用目的

  • お客様の本人確認
  • 在留手続き等のご依頼の受付、申請書類の作成、当事務所からのご連絡
  • 当事務所からのメッセージ等を、プッシュ通知でお知らせすること

これら以外の目的には利用しません。

3. 送信と保存

  • 上記1.の情報は、利用者が内容を確認して「送信する」を押したときに、暗号化した通信（HTTPS）で当事務所のサーバーへ送信します。
  • 送信した情報は、当事務所の業務システムに、お客様の記録として保存し、行政書士法に定める守秘義務のもとで管理します。
  • 撮影した写真は、送信のあと、利用者の端末から削除します。在留カード等の番号の読み取り（文字の認識）は、端末の中で行います。
  • 本アプリは、広告の表示や、利用状況の解析（アナリティクス）を行いません。

4. 第三者への提供・外部のサービス

  • 法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に提供しません。ご依頼の手続きのために、出入国在留管理庁などの行政機関へ申請書類を提出することがあります。
  • プッシュ通知の配信に、Google LLC の Firebase Cloud Messaging（iPhone では Apple の通知サービスを経由）を利用します。送る内容は、通知の文面と端末の宛先（トークン）だけで、在留カードの写真やICチップの情報は含みません。

5. 端末の機能の利用

  • カメラ：在留カード等・パスポート・その他の書類の撮影のため。
  • NFC：在留カード等のICチップの読み取りのため。
  • 通知：当事務所からのお知らせのため。

いずれも、利用者の許可のもとで使い、許可は端末の設定でいつでも変更できます。

6. 情報の開示・訂正・削除などのご請求

当事務所が保有するお客様の情報の開示・訂正・削除・利用停止をご希望の場合は、下記の連絡先へご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認のうえ、法令に従って対応します。

内容を変更する場合は、本ページでお知らせします。

Privacy Policy

Smartphone app "takaya Client"　Last updated: October 9, 2026

Takaya Administrative Scrivener Office ("we") sets out below how information is handled in "takaya Client" (the "App"), a smartphone app for our clients.

1. Information the App handles

  1. Photos of the front and back of your residence card or similar card, taken with the App's camera.
  2. Information recorded in the card's IC chip (only if you choose to read it): card number, name (image), face photo, date of birth, sex, nationality/region, status of residence, period of stay, type of permission, date of permission, work restrictions, permission to engage in other activities, address (image), the result of the digital signature check, and so on.
  3. Photo of your passport (only if you choose to send it), taken with the App's camera.
  4. Photos of other documents (only if you choose to send them), taken with the App's camera.
  5. Information to identify your device: an identifier the App issues for each device, the device type (iPhone/Android), language setting, app version, and the push notification address (token).
  6. Information exchanged on your page: documents and messages sent and received on your page with us, which you open from the App.

2. Purpose of use

  • To confirm your identity
  • To accept your request for immigration and other procedures, prepare application documents, and contact you
  • To notify you of our messages by push notification

We do not use the information for any other purpose.

3. Transmission and storage

  • The information in 1. is sent to our server over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) when you review it and tap "Send".
  • The information sent is stored in our business system as your client record, and managed under the duty of confidentiality set by the Administrative Scrivener Act.
  • The photos are deleted from your device after they are sent. Reading the card number (text recognition) is done on your device.
  • The App does not show advertisements or collect usage analytics.

4. Third parties and external services

  • Except as required by law, we do not provide the information to third parties. To carry out the procedures you request, we may submit application documents to government agencies such as the Immigration Services Agency.
  • We use Firebase Cloud Messaging by Google LLC (via Apple's notification service on iPhone) to deliver push notifications. Only the notification text and the device address (token) are sent; card photos and IC chip data are not included.

5. Use of device features

  • Camera: to photograph your card, passport and other documents.
  • NFC: to read the card's IC chip.
  • Notifications: to notify you of messages from us.

All are used only with your permission, and you can change the permission at any time in your device settings.

6. Requests for disclosure, correction or deletion

If you wish us to disclose, correct, delete or stop using the information we hold about you, please contact us below. We will respond in accordance with the law after confirming your identity.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will announce it on this page.
