スマートフォンアプリ「takaya（在留カード読み取り）」　最終更新日：2026年9月20日

高谷行政書士事務所（以下「当事務所」）は、スマートフォンアプリ「takaya（在留カード読み取り）」（以下「本アプリ」）における、利用者の情報の取扱いについて、次のとおり定めます。

1. 本アプリが扱う情報

本アプリは、利用者が操作したときに、次の情報を扱います。

  1. 在留カード等のICチップに記録された情報：在留カード等の番号、氏名（画像）、顔写真、生年月日、性別、国籍・地域、在留資格、在留期間、許可の種類、許可年月日、就労制限の有無、資格外活動許可の内容、住居地（画像）、電子署名など。
  2. カメラで撮影した、在留カードの券面の画像（在留カード等の番号を読み取るためのもの）。

2. 利用目的

本人確認および在留情報の確認のため、上記の情報を、利用者の端末の画面に表示します。

3. 情報の保存・送信

  • 上記の情報は、利用者の端末の画面に表示するだけです。本アプリは、これらを端末に保存せず、当事務所や第三者に送信しません。アプリを終了すると、表示した情報は消えます。
  • 撮影した画像は、番号の認識に使ったあと、すぐに削除します。文字の認識は、端末の中で行い、画像は外部に送信しません。
  • 本アプリは、広告の表示、利用状況の解析（アナリティクス）、外部のサーバーとの通信を行いません。

4. 第三者への提供

本アプリは、取得した情報を第三者に提供しません。

5. 端末の機能の利用

  • カメラ：在留カードの番号の撮影のため。
  • NFC：在留カード等のICチップの読み取りのため。

いずれも、利用者の許可のもとで使い、許可は端末の設定でいつでも変更できます。

6. 安全管理

在留カード等の番号は、ICチップとの認証に使う値です。本アプリは、この番号を、画面への表示と、チップとの通信以外には使いません。

7. 情報の開示・訂正・削除などのご請求

本アプリは、上記のとおり、情報を保存・送信しないため、当事務所は、利用者の情報を保有しません。取扱いについてのご質問は、下記の連絡先へお寄せください。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

内容を変更する場合は、本ページで、事前にお知らせします。将来、読み取った情報を当事務所へ送信する機能を追加する場合は、あらためて、利用目的をお知らせし、同意をいただきます。

Smartphone app "takaya (Residence Card Reader)"　Last updated: September 20, 2026

Takaya Administrative Scrivener Office ("we") sets out below how information is handled in the smartphone app "takaya (Residence Card Reader)" (the "App").

1. Information the App handles

When you use it, the App handles the following information.

  1. Information recorded in the IC chip of a residence card or similar card: card number, name (image), face photo, date of birth, sex, nationality/region, status of residence, period of stay, type of permission, date of permission, work restrictions, permission to engage in other activities, address (image), digital signature, and so on.
  2. An image of the front of the card taken with the camera, used only to read the card number.

2. Purpose of use

The information is shown on the screen of your device to verify your identity and residence status.

3. Storage and transmission

  • The information is only shown on the screen of your device. The App does not save it on your device and does not send it to us or to any third party. It disappears when you close the App.
  • A photo taken to read the number is deleted immediately after recognition. Text recognition is done on your device, and the image is not sent anywhere.
  • The App does not show advertisements, does not collect usage analytics, and does not communicate with external servers.

4. Provision to third parties

The App does not provide the information it obtains to any third party.

5. Use of device features

  • Camera: to photograph the card number.
  • NFC: to read the IC chip of the card.

Both are used only with your permission, and you can change the permission at any time in your device settings.

6. Security

The card number is the value used to authenticate with the IC chip. The App uses it only to show it on the screen and to communicate with the chip.

7. Requests for disclosure, correction or deletion

Because the App does not save or send your information, we do not hold it. If you have any questions about how it is handled, please contact us below.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will announce it on this page in advance. If we add a feature that sends the information read to us in the future, we will tell you the purpose of use again and obtain your consent.
